This is one of the most talked about properties on St. Croix. What makes this property unlike any other is the distinctive entry.  A bridge still exists over the original salt water pool which leads you into a courtyard.   Plans call for a four bedroom/four bathroom villa. Many of the walls still exist that are made from coral found on the beaches of St. Croix and are no longer available today. The villa was originally designed by John Randal McDonald (AIA), a Frank Lloyd Wright protégé, whose work is world renown.
