The co-owners will enjoy a one of a kind experience. Your home will be prepared for you before arrival by our concierge/caretaker. We can arrange to have the refrigerator and kitchen stocked as requested. Any personal items, belongings, family pictures will be thoughtfully placed during the stay.
This is distinct ownership deeded to individual owners the price and percentage of ownership is noted by property. An annual fee will be assessed based on expenses which will include all property taxes, energy costs, internet, satellite connections, all general maintenance and management (concierge/caretaker).
